In 2014, Scott Architecture was involved in sucessfully rezoning the Bodwell School site to double the density from about 90,000 square feet to about 180,000 square feet. A new 7 storey building wiith 5 stories of dormitories over a new gym and cafeteria, including undergrouond parking, was completed in August 2017.

Another 7 stories of dorms and classroom space will be added over a new gym at a future date.

Both new phases of construction will be Certified LEED Gold.
